This premium quality Australian Sandalwood Essential Oil is steam distilled from the sustainably harvested wood of the Santalum spicatum tree which is native to Western Australia. The essential oil has a deep and intoxicatingly rich and beautifully aromatic scent which has a deep and complex character. It is a wonderful ingredient in natural perfumes as well as different skin care blends.

In Aromatherapy, Sandalwood is said to promote tranquility and clarity and has been a component of meditation from ancient times to the present day.

Pure Absolute Oils or Essential Oils should always be diluted with a carrier oil such as grapeseed oil or sweet almond oil before using on the skin.

A patch test is recommended to see if your skin is sensitive to the product.
