Organic Geranium Essential Oil is steam distilled from the young green leaves and flowering tops of the Pelargonium graveolens plant. The extracted essential oil has a fresh soft lemony, rosy aroma with leafy green herbaceous notes.

Geranium Essential Oil is highly valued and is used in premium brands of perfumery and cosmetics. It blends well with other essential oils be they floral, citrus or woody type oils.

In Aromatherapy Geranium Essential Oil is said to be uplifting and stabilising with its calming aroma.

Pure Absolute Oils or Essential Oils should always be diluted with a carrier oil such as grapeseed oil or sweet almond oil before using on the skin. A patch test is recommended to see if your skin is sensitive to the product. With a dilution it is not necessary to dilute the oil as it is already diluted and can be used straight on the skin although a patch test is still recommended.
