The Iml sample is supplied in a clear flint glass bottle with metal screw cap and is ideal for testing the contents prior to buying the larger sizes.
The 5ml and 10ml bottle sizes are in amber or clear flint glass bottles with tamper evident cap. It is advisable to try the 1ml sample first before buying larger amounts as the product can not be returned for a refund.

Botanical Name – Nymphaea caerulea (Blue Water Lily)
Origin – Northern India
Part Used – Flowers
Extraction Method – Solvent extraction of the fresh flowers
Appearance – Amber to reddish brown liquid
The oil may start to go solid when cold but quickly turns to pourable liquid when warmed gently.
Growing Conditions – Grown on unpolluted sustainable land.

Blue Lotus Absolute oil is extracted from the beautiful large mauve coloured flowers of Nymphaea caerulea which are native to Egypt and parts of India.
It has a deep sweet Lily scent with earthy, mossy like undertones. The oil is used in many expensive perfumes.

All pure absolutes such as this oil are now rare and extremely concentrated by nature. They should be properly evaluated in a diluted state otherwise, the complexity of the fragrance, particularly the rare and exotic notes are not properly appreciated.
