This exceptional absolute is cold-extracted from the freshly harvested buds of Ribes nigrum (black currant), grown in the Burgundy region of France and processed by LMR — one of the most respected names in natural aromatic extraction. Olfactory Character

The profile opens with a vivid, tangy burst of green-fruity radiance — at once sparkling and wild. Beneath this lies a distinctive sulphurous-catty facet (characteristic of all genuine cassis bud absolutes), accompanied by spicy-woody undertones and an undercurrent of fresh, minty-green sulphur.
