Lavender essential oil is one of the most popular and widely used essential oils. Grown in Southern England, the oil is steam distilled from the plant Lavandula angustifolia and promotes relaxation with its familiar mellow fragrance.
Pure Essential Oils should always be diluted with a carrier oil such as grapeseed oil or sweet almond oil before using on the skin. A patch test is recommended to see if your skin is sensitive to the product.
