This sumptuous absolute is derived from green cardamom pods cultivated in Guatemala, delivering an exceptionally concentrated and enduring aromatic profile. It shares the characteristic warmth of the essential oil yet possesses far greater intensity and depth. Notably, despite being an absolute, it exhibits a remarkably vivid top note presence with a discernible ginger facet, rendering it invaluable from the opening to the dry-down — whether employed as a substitute for or an enhancer alongside the essential oil.
