This is a genuinely rare material — a solvent-extracted absolute from Bulgarian-grown Rosa × alba, an accepted hybrid within the rose family long prized for its softer, more ethereal character compared to the deeper, more familiar Damask rose. Where Damask rose absolute offers bold, spiced warmth, this white rose absolute captures something altogether more refined — a fresh green opening giving way to smooth floral petals, gentle honeyed sweetness, and a soft waxy warmth quite unlike any other rose in the perfumer’s palette.
